Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up as a client or provider, we collect your name, email address, account credentials, date of birth (for age verification), and your location data.

Provider profile information. For providers, we collect and publicly display profile photos, bios, pricing structures, and general geographical service areas.

Payment data. When providers purchase a subscription, payment transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway (Stripe). We do not store or see your full credit card number or bank details on our servers.

User-generated content. We collect the private reviews, ratings, and communications sent between accounts through our platform to monitor for fraud and safety violations.

02

How we use your information

We use your collected personal information to operate, maintain, and display the provider directory; to verify your age (ensuring all users are 18+); to process recurring subscription payments for providers; to monitor private reviews and account activities to enforce our platonic safety policies; and to comply with state and federal legal obligations.

03

How we share your information

Public directory display. If you are a provider, your profile details, photo, and city are viewable by registered clients on the site. Client profiles are kept private.

Private review integrity. Private reviews left by clients are accessible by platform administrators and may be used to evaluate whether a provider is violating platform terms.

Third-party service providers. We share necessary data with trusted tools to run our business, such as Stripe for handling subscription payment processing.

Legal enforcement. We will disclose your information if required to do so by Nevada or federal law, or in response to a valid subpoena or law enforcement safety request.

04

Data retention & security

We use industry-standard security protocols to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and passwordless authentication (magic-link email and Google SSO). We retain your data for as long as your account remains active.

If you delete your account, we may retain certain transaction records or safety-related review histories to comply with financial audits or to prevent bad actors from re-registering.

05

Your rights & Nevada privacy disclosures

Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A, Nevada residents have the right to request that a website operator not sell their covered personal information. Please note: we do not sell your personal information to third-party data brokers or marketing firms.

If you wish to update, review, or request the deletion of your personal account information, you may do so at any time through your profile settings or by contacting our support email.
